Once a plugin shows Published in Packmind, here is how to install it and check it works.

Add the marketplace, once:
List what it offers. The marketplace name comes from its descriptor, not the repository:
Install:
Restart Copilot. A session already running won’t pick up the plugin, and your install is only reported to Packmind at session start. In the new session, call one of the plugin’s skills to confirm:

After a republish

Copilot caches the catalogue, so refresh it first — otherwise you keep getting the previous version with nothing saying so:
Then restart Copilot again.

Claude Code

Same sequence from inside a session: /plugin marketplace add <owner>/<repository>, install from the /plugin menu, restart, then call a skill.
Your install appears in the plugin’s Adoption tab after your first session with it enabled — not at install time.
